\nDo you offer long-term rentals? <\/strong>
\n\"BoardwalkYes, we offer leases of varying lengths.\u00a0 Please see our Executive Rentals<\/a> page, or contact us for more information.<\/p>\n

What’s your cancellation policy? <\/strong>
\nCancellations must be made one month prior to arrival date.\u00a0 All or part of your deposit will be forfeited for any cancellations made within one month of arrival.\u00a0For additional details, please see our Rules and Regulations.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Are you wheel-chair accessible?<\/strong>
\nOur units are wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator from the ground level to the condominium entrance level.<\/p>\n

What are the accommodations for “extra” guests? <\/strong>
\nEach unit has a maximum number of guests we allow without a fee (the max for R1 is 4 and the max for R5 is 3).\u00a0 For R5, we will allow one additional guest (for a total of 4) with a fee of $25\/night.\u00a0R1 cannot accommodate any additional guests.\u00a0 Each unit has a Queen-sized bed in each bedroom.\u00a0 Unit R5 has a sleeper sofa in the living room, but unit R1 does not.<\/p>\n

Do you allow pets?\u00a0 <\/strong>
\nWe do allow one small lap dog per unit only.\u00a0 There is a $25\/night pet fee, with a maximum fee of $125 per stay.<\/p>\n

Are you small-children\/infant friendly?<\/strong>
\nChildren and babies are of course welcome, but we have not taken any special precautions to “baby-proof” our condos, and we do not provide cribs or other children’s items.<\/p>\n

What is your smoking policy?<\/strong>
\nSmoking is prohibited both in the units and on the decks\/balconies.<\/p>\n

Are any meals included?<\/strong>
\nNo meals are included in your stay.<\/p>\n

Are the units cleaned daily?<\/strong>
\nNo, they are cleaned before and after you leave.\u00a0 Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged at renter\u2019s request, and will be charged to credit card on file.\u00a0In addition, upon checkout, unit is to be left generally in same condition as it was found (i.e. dishes cleaned in dishwasher, laundry started, trash taken out, etc).<\/p>\n

Is there a fitness center?\u00a0<\/strong>
\nWe do not have a fitness center in our building.\u00a0 However, there are two fitness centers within one mile of Bayfront One that offer drop-in rates and monthly and other short-term membership options:\u00a0 Cal Courts<\/a><\/strong> and\u00a0The Adorni Center<\/a><\/strong>.\u00a0 In addition, Healthsport by the Bay<\/a><\/strong> offers group fitness classes and personal training, and is located just across the street at 423 First Street.\u00a0 They can be reached at (707) 268-8220.<\/p>\n

What are your office hours?
\n<\/strong>Our office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday (and we are closed on all of the major holidays).\u00a0 If you are planning to check in after hours or on a weekend or holiday, please contact our office to have a lock box assigned to you.\u00a0 We maintain an emergency after-hours call service for our guests.<\/p>\n

What if I need to reach you outside of office hours?<\/strong><\/p>\n

We maintain a 24-hour after-hours call service for our guests in the event of an emergency.<\/p>\n

How do I make a reservation?<\/strong>
\nYou may contact us<\/a> at (707) 268-1263, or reservations@bayfrontone.com.<\/a><\/p>\n

How far ahead to I have to make my reservation?<\/strong>
\nWe recommend making your reservation 3-4 months ahead of time for the summer season.\u00a0 Winter reservations should be made at least one month ahead of time. However, it is always worth contacting us to see if we may have last-minute availability.<\/p>\n

What forms of payment do you accept?<\/strong>
\nYour deposit must be made via credit card.\u00a0 We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.\u00a0 Your balance upon arrival may be paid in cash or by credit card.<\/p>\n
