Weekends (all year):
There is a 2 night minimum requirement for weekend reservations. Any reservation starting on Friday or Saturday is subject to this requirement.
Tax:
There is a 12% Transient Occupancy Tax on all stays of fewer than 30 days.
Fees:
Pet: $25 per night. Maximum fee: $125.
Short-term Refundable Cleaning Deposit: $250
Long-term Non-refundable Cleaning Fee: $100
